Completed training as a state-recognized curative caregiver*in (w/m/d), curative education (w/m/d) or comparable qualification according to KitaG Funded educational knowledge and experience in work with children with and without need for funding Joy in the inclusive work and the individual approach to child needs Team spirit, reflectivity and an open, value-adding basic attitude Sensitivity, reliability and commitment to a loving and promoting accompaniment The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
