Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Comparison of Excel data with information in the internal IT system to ensure data consistency
• Transfer of relevant project information from Excel files to the IT system taking into account defined data formats and structures
• Identification and elimination of inconsistencies, errors or duplicates in Excel tables and in the IT system
• Review and correction of existing reports and overviews with regard to content and formal accuracy
• Combination and transmission of key figures for the creation of new reports and evaluations

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Completed commercial training
• Secure handling of Excel and SAP
• Embossed number affinity and accuracy in data input
• Experience in the technical project management of construction and maintenance projects in the electricity or gas distribution network area
