Tasks Your tasks as a documentation officer:r (m/d) You work closely with people – both with our residents: inside and with your teammate. Creation, promotion and development of a quality awareness of all employees in relation to documentation Implementation of all relevant quality documents of the respective scope Training and instruction of all employees:in relation to quality-relevant topics within the framework of care documentation Constructive and trust-building cooperation with all departments Care process documentation according to the structural model (SIS) – Action planning – Care reporting – Evaluation) Active participation in case meetings in the context of the implementation of the structural model and further internal quality assurance
