Our customer is one of the world's leading providers of performance materials, specialty materials and intermediate products. For its production site in Dormagen we are now looking for a commercial specialist (m/w/d), office businessman (m/w/d) or industrial businessman (m/w/d) chemistry with industry surcharges to IGBCE tariff agreement and takeover option by our customer. After successful integration, hybrid remote work is possible.

For the Customer Service Representatives department, you are the central contact person (m/w/d) for our customers and internal contact persons (m/w/d) for all topics that are directly or indirectly related to customer orders. You are responsible for the independent and responsible processing of all requests of the customers assigned to you: order registration and tracking:· Consumption, collection and tracking of orders to support scheduling Examination of externally recorded orders (e-business) Management of Consignation and Distribution Warehouses Monitoring of stocks in foreign stocks Monthly/weekly billing, regular billing of overdue batches Support for annual inventory, clarification of differences and collection of counted stocks Asset and debt collection management Monitoring of open claims Warning of overdue items, clarification of payment differences and documentation Cooperation with sales with critical customers with regard to further measures (delivery stop, advance payment) Advertising processing Acceptance and processing of complaints and objections up to the customer's opinion master data Recording and updating customer-specific master data

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Consultant (m/w/d) Secure handling of SAP (of advantage) and MS Office (preparation). Good knowledge of German and communication-proof English are required. Good process understanding, service orientation, communication skills and readiness to use complete your profile.

You will receive an indefinite contract with an over-tariff salary and industry supplements according to IG BCE chemical tariff agreement. Day shift with a 37.50 hours/week.
