For an established, owner-managed company of technical building equipment (TGA) in the Meppen / Emsland area, we are looking for an experienced senior project manager TGA with a focus on SHK (Sanitary, Heating, Climate).

The company employs around 70 employees, generates approx. €15 million annual turnover and has successfully implemented sophisticated construction projects in commercial and private construction for many years. In addition to planning, the main focus is on the technical implementation and construction management of SHK plants.

Responsible project management in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) with focus on sanitary, heating, climate (SHK) Technical planning, coordination and control of building technology projects in civil engineering Responsibility for construction management, project management and scheduling Coordination with builders, architects, specialist planners and planning offices Technical and organizational management of the assembly and service teams in the SHK area Ensuring quality, costs and appointments Support of management in the further development of the technical organisation

Education in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning (SHK) e.g. B. Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Installateur, Heizbauer (m/w/d) or comparable Continuing training for master, technician or engineer of supply technology / building technology Multiannual experience in TGA project management, construction management or planning Funded knowledge in the field of heating, sanitary and air conditioning Experience in coordinating construction projects and construction site teams Structured mode of operation and safe occurrence to builders and project partners Interest in long-term development towards technical leadership
