Internal Audit Officer (m/f/d)

Planning, implementation and documentation of risk and process-oriented audits to comply with legal, regulatory and internal requirements as well as guidelines and procedural instructions Independent analysis of business processes, systems and projects for identifying risks, weaknesses and potential for improvement Support, assessment and further development of the effectiveness of our internal control system, governance, risk and control structures as well as compliance management systems Accompanying digitalization, IT and organizational projects as well as developing revision methodology, in particular in the field of IT-based audits Participation in training and awareness measures (e.g. in the field of compliance, IKS, regulatory compliance, prevention) Creating meaningful audit reports with clear, practical recommendations for action for the Executive Board, executives, departments and other bodies Close cooperation with external auditors, auditors and other control bodies

Successfully completed studies with an economic, legal or administrative focus or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in internal auditing, federation examination or comparable audit or risk related functions Knowledge of revision methodology, risk analysis, internal control systems and relevant legal and regulatory requirements High level of ownership, integrity and reliability Teamability, communication strength and safe occurrence towards executives and departments
