Guests can enjoy our unique gastronomy concept for the holiday hotel industry. The buffet or menu restaurant is available to guests without prior reservation. Design this in a high-quality quality and economically efficient. Optimize the kitchen drains and ensure smooth, efficient work processes that are perfectly matched to the requirements of our kitchen. They put value on fresh kitchen and cook with. Team management and cooperation: They promote a strong team feeling and coordinate cooperation between the different kitchen stations to ensure harmonious and productive processes. They regularly and seasonally optimize our half board offers and the small a la carte selection without losing sight of the traditional cuisine of the Allgäu. They plan and provide a balanced, regional and interesting culinary service for our conference guests Quality assurance and hygiene: They ensure that all legal requirements – from service planning to work safety to compliance with high hygiene standards – are met in a conscientious manner. Purchasing and cost planning: They are responsible for the purchaser's demand for goods, for the maintenance of commodity rates and for the implementation of inventory. Ensuring team-oriented and effective cooperation within the department They represent your departments towards the directorate and work with all departments profitable and for the benefit of the guest.

You have a completed training and extensive experience in the kitchen, ideally in the holiday hotel industry They are familiar with the entire kitchen organization. You have already successfully led kitchen teams of more than 5 people and know how to motivate and guide your team, especially in a lively and international environment. They value regional products. They are versed in the planning of kitchen technology, personnel use and process optimization. You can safely control your kitchen according to economic indicators and always keep the costs in mind. Willingness to work for weekends and holidays on common working hours (no night service) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other software solutions You are happy to be in touch with guests and it makes you happy to contribute with your work at the hotel to the successful stay in our home.
