Senior Manager Business Development (m/f/d)

As Senior Manager:in Business Development, you identify new business opportunities and develop innovative business models in the digital, hybrid and stationary environment. Design and develop cross-channel customer journeys as well as digital products, services and platform solutions. You analyze market, technology, and consumer trends and initiate new growth initiatives. You validate new business ideas using customer feedback, data analysis, MVPs and pilot projects. You develop business cases as well as go-to-market strategies for new products and services and accompany their implementation to market launch. You work closely with IT, digital and e-commerce teams and ensure the technical implementation of new solutions. Cross-departmental projects You are confident and continuously develop the innovation process. You measure the success of new initiatives using relevant KPIs such as sales, conversion, use and customer lifetime value. You coordinate external partners and ensure successful cooperation with all relevant stakeholders. You are responsible for the successful market entry and the scaling of new business models and innovations.

You have a degree in business management, business informatics or a comparable degree course – ideally supplemented by an MBA. Multiannual experience in the design and scaling of digital products, services or business models – preferably in the B2C environment – is an excellent feature. Entrepreneurial thinking and pragmatic hands-on mentality are your strengths to raise our business development to the next level. You have successfully developed and implemented new business areas, sales potentials or growth initiatives with a special focus on the digital sector. Business Cases You develop securely and meet data-based decisions based on relevant KPIs. You convince by communication strength and understand how to win different stakeholders for new ideas. You will also bring experience in managing interdisciplinary projects and in cooperation with various disciplines. You are passionate about digital business models, innovations and new technologies. A structured, result-oriented way of working as well as a high self-initiative and a sense of responsibility characterize you. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a safe handling of Microsoft Office, CRM and analysis tools complete your profile.
