We offer tailor-made services around the property – from the long-term increase in real estate value to the optimal maintenance strategy to cost-effective management. The portfolio includes Real Estate Management, Technical Facility Management, Infrastructure Facility Management and Industrial Services. In the industrial sector, we provide technical services for buildings and production facilities as well as facility management. As a specialist in production maintenance, mechanical engineering as well as plant and media technology, it is our goal that the production processes of our customers run smoothly. Self-employed and responsible implementation of minor entertainment and repair work in and around the building Building technical support and maintenance of objects Handicraft activities (e.g. small repairs, testing and inspection tours, as well as replacement and renewal of wear material) Ensuring the safety, order and cleanliness of the property and building Coordination and instruction of craftsmen and maintenance companies as well as control and acceptance of externally assigned maintenance work

Complete technical training (preferably in the field of electrical engineering) or comparable professional qualification Cross-disciplinary basic understanding in the field of domestic engineering and craftsmanship Embossed service and customer orientation Communication skills in German (at least B2)
