Your job – Versatile, practical, customer-oriented:

You are part of our onsite team with our customers, in the IT service industry and ensure that users are technically perfectly equipped at their workplaces. Whether PC installations, moves or rollouts – you bring IT to run!.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Implementation of IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change)
• Installation and delivery of PCs, notebooks, printers & Co.
• Construction and cabling of jobs
• Onsite support & 1st level user support – also by phone
• Documentation in the ticket system and maintenance of checklists and asset data

Your profile – You fit perfectly if you ...

• Complete training in the IT environment or comparable experience
• Experience in the IT client environment (ideally with large customers)
• owns a license class B and has driving practice
• you can easily identify with Windows operating systems and common hardware (PCs, printers, beamers etc.)
• good German in word and writing (for documentation and communication)
