You develop strategically sustainable protection concepts that reliably secure people, the environment and plants and strengthen the resilience of the entire site in the long term. Through the early analysis of potential risks, you define appropriate resources, resources and procedures, so that in emergency situations you can act quickly and targeted at any time. As a central interface between fire brigades, companies and operators, you coordinate all anti-trust measures, initiate realistic exercises and promote the mutual trust of all stakeholders. You ensure consistent compliance with legal requirements and contractual standards, thereby creating legal certainty and ensuring trouble-free, secure operation. With your professional expertise and leadership skills, you can strengthen operational and rescue teams, advise the companies in preventive fire protection and establish a living safety culture at the site.

You have completed technical or scientific studies, for example in safety engineering, chemical engineering, process engineering or a comparable subject, as well as career skills for the first entry office of the category 2 of the fire-fighting service (VAP 2.1-Feu / formerly elevated service B). Their multiannual experience in the prevention of hazards in the industrial environment is the foundation for your professional sovereignty, in particular in the coordination of firefighting operations, in operational crisis management and in the handling of safety-relevant regulations and authorities. Thanks to your proven project experience, you conduct concepts from planning to implementation. You bring at least 3–5 years of disciplinary leadership experience and understand how to motivate people, create structures and take responsibility. Your communication and enforcement strength as well as your professional handling of internal and external stakeholders – especially authorities – make you a trusted entity in the security-relevant context. Professional knowledge of fire protection, mainly in the chemical industry, as well as the unrestricted fire service and breathability complete your profile.
