Become the #1 Closer in Berlin. As a Real Estate Agent (m/w/d), you are driving the development of our brand-new sales vertical in Berlin from day 1. You will thus ensure the best starting position on the market with unlimited scaling potential. You don't have to do any laborious cold acquisitions: You access our 100,000 units. Our Inside Sales Team qualifies the owners and gives you complete inbound leads. Your role is the pure high-ticket closing. To do this, you will conduct the appointments on site, secure the exclusive broker mandate and accompany the sale until the notary appointment. Thanks to our AI infrastructure, all administrative processes run in the background. You concentrate 100% on Closing, decisively shape the construction of our real estate sales and profit directly from the growth of the new Verticals.

Responsibility High-Ticket Closing: You take over qualified owner-leads, make the assessment on site and secure with persuasive power the exclusive broker mandate.

Vertical Creation & Playbook: You actively shape the sales and consulting standards of our new Verticals and set the benchmarks for future team members.

End-to-End Deal Execution: You conduct buyers through the process, negotiate the best conditions and accompany the deal to the notarial complaint.

Tech- & AI-Leverage: You are using AI tools and our technology stack to process market analysis, exposés and customer communication in record time.

Pipeline & CRM discipline: You control your deals independently and extremely disciplined in the CRM (Propstack).

Financially ambitious: You know what your Closing is worth, and don't give yourself satisfied with average salary. Your goal is € 150,000+. 1–3 years track record in the B2C apartment sale: You have proven 5–10+ successfully completed transactions per year.

An extremely strong closer that is convincing, self-confident and highly professional in front of owners in the first interview, solves objections sovereignly and brings deals to the notary appointment.

You want to have a basic structure: instead of working in fixed structures, you build up our Brokerage Vertical in Berlin from day 1 yourself.
