Forecasting & Planning: You take responsibility for the rolling forecasts of the distribution of all companies, analyze deviations in terms of turnover and profitability and actively participate in the annual planning process. Business Partnering: As a Sparring Partner for Sales and Management, you are fully responsible for the sales functions and companies from a business perspective and conduct sound recommendations for action. Reporting & Analyses: The creation of monthly sales reports as well as ad hoc, market and profitability analyses is one of your tasks as well as the preparation of relevant business developments for management. Pricing & Business Cases: Customer, product and price structures analyze coverage fees and margins and also accompany offer calculations, business cases and investment decisions. Management Support: Presentations and decision-making templates prepare you in German and English to address and create transparency about complex relationships. Systems & Processes: In a heterogeneous system landscape, you actively participate in the further development of sales reporting as well as existing reporting and controlling processes. Monthly financial statements & interfaces: You support the company's monthly reporting process including delimitations, provisions and complaints and work closely with international stakeholders.

Education: You have a completed economic studies (e.g. finance, controlling) or a comparable commercial training. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in controlling – ideally with strong sales, commercial or business partnering reference – bring you already. Analytics & Systems: A pronounced numerical understanding, analytical strength as well as a high data and system affinity are your distinguishing features; we presume very good Excel knowledge. ERP & Reporting: Ideally, you have experience with ERP, BI, or database systems and move safely into complex reporting landscapes. Working methods: You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, identify optimization potentials proactively and drive issues with high self-responsibility. Communication & Personality: You move safely on different levels, are happy to work in the team and convince by loadability, hand-on mentality and the ability to make complex content understandable. Languages: Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing are required.
