As IT System Specialist (m/w/d), you will become part of our team Business Productivity Solutions. Together, we ensure that our central platforms run stable, grow meaningfully and work easily for our colleagues, even if You are complex in the background. In short, you take care of the things no one sees when You work, but everyone realizes when You don't. You continue to operate and develop our Microsoft 365 services You take responsibility for the stable and secure operation of our email infrastructure (Exchange Online, Mailflow, Gateways, Security) You represent your topics in projects - from smaller optimizations to larger projects You enter and develop our intranet based on Atlassian Confluence Analyze 2nd Level Support and find sustainable solutions You bring your own ideas and actively shape new topics, according to your strengths and interests

Complete training or studies in the IT field (e.g. computer science, business informatics) or comparable qualification Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365, especially Exchange, Teams and Entra ID Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell Analytical skills and pragmatic and structured working methods You have fun taking responsibility and actively promoting topics You can put yourself into others, whether IT colleagues or specialist Very good knowledge of German (min. C1) and good knowledge of English
