We are looking for a recruiter in parttime (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) with about 24 hours a week As a Recruiter: for our Distribution Center, you take responsibility for the entire recruiting spectrum – from commercial positions to commercial functions to the control of our time partners. You support the ongoing occupation and stability of our teams at the locations: Wunstorf (Hannover) · New Wulmstorf (Hamburg) · Wustermark (Berlin) Location: Ideally located near our DC in New Wulmstorf or Wunstorf Working model: Regular presence on site is desirable, 1–2 home office days per week are possible. Area of employment: The position is sought in parttime (about 24 hours a week, ideally distributed over 5 days). Travelling to our locations is sometimes necessary, which can include an overnight stay and a full working day on site – flexibility is important here.

Independent control and implementation of the recruiting processes for fieldworkers (e.g. truck drivers:inside, commissioners:inside), commercial functions in the DC and employee transfer Publication of job advertisements and implementation of other recruiting measures and selection of appropriate recruiting channels Organisation and implementation of job interviews incl. Applicant communication Control and support of personnel service providers and temporary workers (including contract management and communication) Active management and maintenance of the candidate pipeline in SAP SuccessFactors Support for employer branding activities (e.g. social media, career fairs, local actions) Close cooperation with the works council Ensuring compliance with budgets, timelines and quality standards Close exchange with the recruiters of the further Distribution Center to coordinate strategies, best practices and joint projects

Completed studies in the field of human resources management, BWL or a comparable qualification – alternatively relevant professional experience in recruiting/HR environment Multiannual experience in operating recruiting, ideal for commercial and commercial functions Experience in cooperation with temporary workers and service providers Safe appearance and pronounced communication and negotiation strength – also in the handling of works councils Structured and independent working, combined with hands-on mentality Good knowledge of popular recruiting channels and tools (e.g. Jobbörse, Social Media, Active Sourcing) Organizational and joy in shaping processes efficiently Loadability, flexibility and ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment Very good German knowledge and good English skills
