In the course of a planned age succession, we are looking for a dedicated personality that acts as a central point of contact for all IT issues, secures operational support and coordinates topics such as system administration and ERP administration together with external partners.

Be the central point of contact for all IT concerns in the company, from everyday 1st-level support to supporting cross-departmental projects Close cooperation with the specialist departments Production, Administration, Purchasing, Shipping and Technical Management to meet requirements and develop matching IT solutions together Regular coordination with external IT service providers to control the progress of ongoing projects and implement priority measures Introduction of new applications and implementation of digitalization projects Ensure knowledge transfer from previous IT managers in the context of age succession

Completed training or study in the IT field or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in IT support or system administration, ideally with practice in production environments (e.g. material management, production planning, shipping) You understand how business processes interlock in a production company and how IT from desktop printer to high-tech glue machine and robot arm all seamlessly connected You actively approach others, translate technology into everyday language, keep many balls in the air at the same time and pack pragmatically instead of hiding behind the server cabinet Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
