You take on the design and support of the service team and plan and organize independently the inspection and maintenance work including the monitoring of the work execution. In close cooperation with external clients and cross-functional teams, you help solve maintenance and maintenance problems efficiently. As a central contact for all project participants, you will ensure service-oriented customer support. The instruction, incorporation, consulting and qualification of service technicians will guide you competently. With complex disorders, you support the service staff with your extensive technical know-how. Analyze and optimize operational processes and processes while working with customers to develop technical processes and specifications. With a completed study in the field of electrical engineering or a further education on the master electrical engineering or as a state-tested technician in electrical engineering with a focus on energy technology, system technology or building technology, as well as relevant professional experience in the field of power grids.
