Location: Itzehoe, Bargteheide or Norderstedt Your tasks You will start qualifying valuations/evaluations according to BelWertV on the basis of submitted loan documents and a necessary security card as part of the real estate assessment. You'll see objects and start corresponding inspection reports. You regularly check value determinations/evaluations according to MaRisk. You are placing externally prepared opinions. You work closely with other functional areas or external third parties. You recognize optimization potential within the scope of your tasks and forward it to the management function. You are actively working in the continuous improvement process of VReG. Your skills You have a training, e.g. to the bank or real estate businessman (m/w/d) or have comparable knowledge. Ideally, you bring a qualified certification in the field of value determination. You have visited experience and professional training in the credit sector as well as agree 21 knowledge. Your appearance is friendly, safe and supported by very good expressiveness. You have a class B driver's license and willingness to visit our business area on site. You have a high degree of flexibility and are ready to make and represent decisions.
