Support of the HR team in particular of HR Business Partners in operational daily business Participation in recruiting, e.g. creation and publication of job advertisements and coordination of interviews Support throughout the Employer Life Cycles Document management, including care and storage of personal documents Creation of reports and evaluations in cooperation with the team

You are a registered student (m/w/d) in the Bachelor or Master of Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable degree program Your studies relate to Human Resources, ideally you have already been able to deepen first HR-relevant content First practical experience in human resources, e.g. through internships or working student activities, are a plus, but no requirement You are interested in HR topics along the entire employee life cycle and want to expand your knowledge in practice. You are safe in handling MS Office and work structured, carefully and reliably. Motivation, team spirit and good communication skills complete your profile.
