In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a Head of Data and Service Management (m/w/d)* for our Quickborn location near Hamburg. The job can be carried out in fulltime, part-time or as part of a job sharing.

You run and develop data and service management with a total of 16 employees. Together with your team, you take responsibility for the market role of “basic measuring point operator” and the associated price, cost and revenue responsibility. You develop networking guidelines and specifications for measuring point operation and measurement and are responsible for the strategic rollout planning of the intelligent measuring systems. In addition, you are responsible for the proper management, coordination and quality control of the tasks assigned to E.ON Grid Solutions, in particular complaint management. In addition, you will coordinate the processing of sizing points complaints. In addition, you will take responsibility with your team for the proper handling of all tasks related to the management of the network operator balance sheets for losses, differences and feed (electricity) and network accounts (gas). Together with your employees, you are responsible for the processing of network economic issues of Redispatch 2.0 both for the regulated and for the third-party market and their further development. You have the process responsibility for the recalculation of the financial compensation to the transmission system operator, for data messages for internal and external addressees, such as BNetzA, invoice checks and master data maintenance in the context of the redispatch process. You are a motivator and designer for the further development of the team and take over the leading role in the conceptual and strategic development. You carry out cross-group-wide activities and carry out group projects together with other E.ON companies. You have a very good degree in an economic, technical or scientific study, ideally with an energy-economic or energy-technical background. Ideally, you have first leadership experience and bring good knowledge of the energy industry, ideally the balance sheet management or the Redispatch 2.0. Customer orientation and reliability are the focus of your daily work. You show a high degree of self-initiative and promote the continuous improvement of processes and system security. You have a high understanding and a pronounced analytical ability to think, question the status quo and proactively promote changes. You have very good knowledge of German and English, perform convincingly, have enforcing power and can present complex facts in general. You are open to digital change and new working methods and you are inspired and inspired by others with your passion for these new technologies.
