Special responsibility for the implementation and compliance of welding standards and guidelines Creation, maintenance and testing of welding instructions and welding methods Testing and setting of welding parameters and production of welding and working instructions Participation of welding and testing plans and monitoring and testing before, during and after welding, followed by introduction of corrective measures Advising the designers for the welding tendency and accessibility of the welds Monitoring the validity of the welder certificates according to DIN ISO 9606-1 as well as initiation of welding seam tests Conducting training in welding technology and quality assurance Documentation according to the required or contractually agreed standards

Successfully completed industrial training in the metal sector with further training as a welding specialist or welding specialist technician Comprehensive expertise in the MAG welding process, in particular fine-grain steels, as well as sound knowledge in the relevant standards (e.g. DIN EN 14731, DIN EN ISO 15607) Experience in quality control and conversion with welding standards Knowledge of MS Office is a prerequisite, SAP knowledge desirable Safe occurrence and enforcement capability, an independent and structured working method and team capability Embossed technical understanding and high quality awareness
