Junior Fund Manager | Hotel properties

In the role as a junior fund manager, our team supports the successful implementation of individual fund strategies for institutional investors in operational portfolio management. You accompany acquisition and divestment processes and start sound decision bases taking into account investment boundaries, contractual conditions and economic indicators. In your asset management interface function, you check property and rental strategies for hotel real estate, release them and monitor their operational implementation. With your business know-how, you control and monitor liquidity, cash flow and foreign capital at fund level. You prepare recommendations for acquisitions, quarterly reports, ad hoc reports as well as documentation for investment committee meetings structured, transparent and addressable. As a competent contact person, you advise institutional investors in all fund-specific issues and actively contribute to long-term investor satisfaction. As part of the participation control, you support the creation and audit of annual financial statements at fund and participation level. Occasionally traveling to our other locations is an enrichment and exciting expansion of your real estate and investment horizon.

A safe professional basis is your very well completed university degree in economics or a comparable qualification with the focus on real estate. You have first practical professional experience in real estate, ideally in fund or fund Asset management – also through internships or student work activities. The first points of contact with the hotel management are advantageous, for example by training as a hotel businessman*wife, through internships, secondary activities or project-related activities in the hospitality environment. You convince by a pronounced real estate and number affinity as well as by analytical strength and a structured, sharp mindset. The current MS Office programs, in particular Microsoft Excel, will be applied securely and routined. You are strong in communication, perform in writing as orally sovereign and always find the right sound in exchange with institutional investors, colleagues and external partners. You put high demands on yourself and on the quality of your work. With an independent, structured and targeted working style, you drive your projects forward and reliably implement them at a high level.
