As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Projektmanagement (m/w/d) from now on and in full time in Berlin, Bonn, Cologne, Munich as an alternative nationwide at one of our BWI locations. The CDO SSD PoD2 Collaboration division is responsible for the architecture and processes of collaboration solutions such as e-mail (backend/frontend), Document&Content Management, Fileservice and Unified Communications across the entire lifecycle for BWI's own operation, the Bundeswehr and the Bund. Our strategy sees the provision of on-premise and cloud-based collaboration solutions with a wide range of automation of business processes and their applications including application based on Microsoft Sharepoint and Dynamics, as well as the K2 and Pega platform for workflow automation.

Development of web applications based on the new Outlook Add-In platform.

Decrease collaborative functions in the context of MS Office Outlook with Typescript, JavaScript, NodeJS in Scrum Tam

Planning and calculation of ''User Stories'' in Jira in precise task packages

Designing a DevOps mode of operation and establishing the CI/CD pipeline to provide features

Testing and documentation of the applications are just as important as the maintenance, optimization and support of existing applications.

Working in a Docker and Kubernetes environment to realize efficient and scalable solutions in a microservice architecture

Work with interfaces such as EWS and other REST APIs to extract, process and provide data in the Office Addin ́s

Completed study with IT reference or comparable training in the technical environment of the application development

Multiannual professional experience in application development in more complex IT projects in terms of design, software development and provision of applications

Very good knowledge of programming using script languages (e.g. Typescript, JavaScript, NodeJS)

Good experiences with helmet charts and Git/Gitlab

Knowledge of virtualization, container and orchestration technologies (VMWare, Docker, K8s)

Understanding Microservices Architectures and Experience in Work with CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps

Agile development processes and methods such as Scrum are familiar and are used

Flowing German knowledge in word and writing as well as a secure understanding of English
