IT Program Manager for SAP S/4HANA Transformation and Development (m/w/d)

Management, control and implementation of projects in the SAP environment – from requirement analysis and stakeholder management to design, implementation and quality management to training and rollout, taking into account interfaces, milestones and budgets Planning, implementation and responsibility of projects under the upcoming S/4HANA Transition Considering corporate strategy, customer needs and current trends Developing solutions to implement the digitalization strategy, including logistics and finance Analysis and Optimization of Business Processes Ensuring transparent communication within the company Organisation and moderation of workshops and control of external service providers Active further development of the digitalization and transformation process – with increasing experience you grow into a central role within our SAP compliance center

Complete study of economic informatics, computer science, economic engineering or economics with a focus on digitization or comparable qualifications Experience in process, project and ideally program/multiproject management with independent implementation Safe handling of structured and agile project management methods Very good knowledge and experience of SAP components Logistics, Quality Management and Finance (SD, MM, PP, QM, FI, CO) including the associated interfaces Experience with SAP S/4HANA (On-Premise / Private Cloud / RISE with SAP) and SAP Fiori Knowledge of the design and realization of modern system architectures Embossed analytical skills, high problem-solving competence, hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking Willingness and potential to take on technical responsibility in the SAP environment in the medium term – first leadership experience is welcome, but no requirement Very good communication and moderation capability as well as team orientation German and English in word and writing presence at the Wimsheim site is expected, home office is possible by agreement Knowledge in the field of precious metal is advantageous, but no requirement
