Your tasks with us: Leadership and strategy You run the unit with six employees. You develop the strategic planning for the implementation of the energy renovations of the properties. You develop concepts for expansion, rehabilitation and reconstruction measures.

You take over the building function for the projects of the district. You control and coordinate the planning and implementation of the construction measures by your team or by external planning stakeholders. You conduct negotiations and discussions with internal and external partners, as well as possibly difficult legal disputes.

Administration and Finance You control order and contract management (VOB, HOAI) and are responsible for the correct implementation of the procurement procedures (VOB, UvGO, VgV and GWB). You create the budget planning for the construction measures at schools and service buildings and are responsible for controlling and reporting. You are responsible for preparing the administrative decision-making processes, planning committee meetings and preparing the meeting templates for the circular day and the respective committees. You take care of the application and processing of applications for funding (such as school building support, promotion of sports facilities, BEG).

Take this with you: Qualification: Complete university or university degree in the field of architecture (Dipl. Ing. or Master) or a comparable qualification.

Knowledge and experience: Insufficient professional experience, also in performance phases 5 to 8. Knowledge in procurement law according to VOB and in construction cost management and controlling. Ideally, first leadership experience.

Personal strengths: safe occurrence, organisational ability and sense of responsibility as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.

Mobility and flexibility: driving licence and willingness to use your car for reimbursement of costs for service trips. readiness for flexible working hours, even in evenings and weekends.
