In this dynamic and demanding work environment, you are part of a highly motivated and successful team with a complex specialization in global mobility payroll accounting. This is what we expect as a Specialist Global Mobility Payroll (m/w/d) You carry out the timely salary bill for international shipments or Issues relating to external relations (Expats, Inbounds, Cross Border) in all staff groups/levels, thereby taking into account tax and social insurance regulations and internal insurance regulations and labour/tariff contractual provisions. You carry out all tasks of personnel management in the international environment, including the implementation of dispatch contracts and communication with social security institutions, tax consultancy companies and offices. You care and process personal master files properly and on time. You handle accounting transactions, such as accounting, bookings, accounting and payment. You provide high-quality personal services around the administration processes in the SAP personal systems. You advise employees, executives and global mobility consultants on diverse human resources topics in German and English. You work in internal and overarching projects and introduce the technical requirements. You work with interfaces throughout the HR environment. You are actively pursuing process optimizations with a focus on customer enthusiasm.

This is what you bring with you as a Specialist Global Mobility Payroll (m/w/d) You bring a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable university degree. You have expertise and professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably in the Global Mobility Payroll - super, that is exactly what we are looking for - accounting knowledge is also advantageous. We require your safe handling of the standard programs used in the Alliance (MS-Office, Outlook, Teams). Your safe handling of the SAP application programs is a profit for us. Very good German and English skills in word and writing - you need to master your daily work. You are self-initiative and live the quality and result orientation. You are interested in developing your knowledge in using new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence or Internal ChatGPT.
