Successful completion to the master and state-tested technicians of electrical engineering, HKLS, supply technology or refrigeration technology Multiannual professional experience in technical facility management or in object care Experience in managing employees and controlling external service providers Embossed organizational talent as well as cost- and quality-conscious work Good knowledge of relevant legal regulations (e.g. operator responsibility, occupational safety) Safe handling of MS Office and ideally FM systems Communication strength, safe occurrence and high customer service orientation driving licence class B
