Our client is an internationally successful group of companies in the plastics industry with worldwide production sites. For the modern production plant in Tennessee (USA), we are looking for a technical head of plastic injection molding (m/w/d) as part of a long-term shipment.

The factory produces high-quality plastic components in series production for customers from the technology and agricultural industry. The economically very stable German parent company as well as a German-speaking management on site allow an ideal combination of international career and safe environment.

This position is specifically aimed at candidates from plastics processing or the injection moulding, which would like to go the next career step as a manager abroad.

Total Responsibility for Plastic Injection Molding Production Leadership, funnels and production teams Ensuring stable series processes (quality, OEE, committee, productivity) Optimization of injection moulding processes, tools and peripherals Introduction of Group Technical Standards Production starts and process releases of new products Cooperation with factory management, engineering and international management Training and further development of local employees Continuous Improvement (Lean Production, Process Optimization)

Multiannual experience in plastic injection moulding / Injection Molding Management experience in plastic production (team management, shift management, production management, technical management) Good English skills for daily exchange with American teams readiness to send to the USA (min. 3 years, L1 visa is organised) Communication strength and intercultural openness Ideally international experience or existing work permit USA (no need)
