Your tasks Planning, implementation and further development of individual, work-integrated educational and learning opportunities Accompanying learning processes in everyday work to promote professional skills and personal development Support for people with increased support needs when entering the work area and stabilising their work situation Documentation of learning progress and identification of individual support and qualification requirements Coordination and design of interdisciplinary cooperation with professionals, social services, job coaches and other stakeholders to ensure successful transitions Detection of barriers in work processes and development of understandable and practical work instructions using suitable supporting methods and visualizations

That draws you Completed training as a work educator, or completed vocational training with further training for the qualified specialist for work and vocational training (gFAB) Experience in accompanying and promoting people with disabilities desirable Interest in vocational education and in the individual promotion and development of people Empathy, communication strength and team skills Self-employed and structured work Creativity and commitment in shaping learning and development processes Mobility and driving licence Class B
