Project Coordination Care and Care Network (m/f/d)

As part of the project “Caring Cömmunity” funded by 31.12.2029, we have to occupy 1.75 posts at the next possible time with the following main tasks: Significant cooperation in building future-proof care and care structures in the county. Concretely, the construction and coordination of five interlinked measures – ranging from digital composite structures to case management structures to a budgeted action pool preparation and moderation of meetings with members of the collaborative and specialist council; Support for the joint partners in implementation and project management in the overall coordination Analysis of structures and needs with research, market information, tendering, project reports and administrative activities Public relations and implementation of events

A completed study in a social science discipline, e.g. social work, nursing sciences, health sciences, sociology, pedagogy, administrative sciences, digital health or a comparable qualification Self-employed, result-oriented and structured working with a neat portion of curiosity and pioneering spirit Team spirit, negotiation skills and safe occurrence Responsibility and organisational skills Planned and targeted action, even in unexpected situations Experience in project work, network work and/or digitization projects is advantageous
