The BA II 4 unit is responsible for construction tasks of historically significant and listed federal buildings in the area of Adenauer-Allee Süd. The weekly working hours are 39 hours per week. Depending on the applicant's situation, an over-tariff advance payment of levels and an additional temporary allowance of up to 1,500 euros can be considered monthly. Until the fulfilment of the personal requirements (including the long-term practical experience of the profession), only a grouping according to the pay group 11 TVöD is possible. Subsequently, a height grouping is automatically performed according to the pay group 12 TVöD Bund.
