You take over the commercial support of projects in the field of construction and renovation They are the first contact person for the commercial issues at the construction site vis-à-vis the customer and all other internal and external project partners They are responsible for project controlling and reporting in order to ensure the achievement of the project They examine contracts of contracting entities and subcontractors to identify and effectively minimize potential risks at an early stage They work closely together in the team to ensure successful procurement of after-contracting services and material

Completed commercial studies or comparable vocational training Professional experience in the construction field, ideally as a construction or project man/woman High willingness to continue professional development and motivation to gradually take responsibility Impressed customer orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking and self-responsibility knowledge of contract law, in particular in VOB/B and the BGB Experience in controlling, ideally with SAP R/3 Sovereign appearance towards customers and negotiating partners as well as communication strength
