You build the personnel controlling from scratch and develop it into a strategic control instrument for the entire organization. In doing so, you combine classic controlling skills with modern BI and Analytics approaches to enable data-based decisions in the People & Culture area – with a clear view for numbers, people and the future. Your goal: create transparency, enable strategic decisions and establish an international reporting that supports our growth rate worldwide.

Your tasks Building and further development of a holistic HR controlling system for Germany and internationally Development and implementation of HR key figures, dashboards and reporting Development of forecasts, scenarios and data-based action recommendations Control of Headcount Planning Processes, Forecast Processes and Creation of Scenario Analysis and Adhoc Reports Support and cooperation in strategic HR initiatives/projects through data-driven analyses and continuous process optimization Close cooperation with HR, Finance and Management on strategic decision support Building global interfaces and reporting structures in cooperation with international HR teams Analysis of personnel structures, costs and developments Standardization and automation of reporting processes Ensuring data quality and consistency in HR systems Perspective takeover of a small team

Complete studies in the field of business, controlling, HR management or comparable Multiannual well-founded experience in personal controlling or HR analytics, ideally in the international environment Experience in building, controlling and developing People Analytics structures and projects Secure handling of HR and BI systems (e.g. SAP, Power BI, Tableau) and relevant HR systems (e.g. Workday, Sucess Factors or Personio) Analytical mindset with joy in numbers, processes and people Self-contained, structured working with design will Strong communication – in German and English
