Health, Safety & Environment Specialist (m/f/d)

Conducting and updating risk assessments, job visits and HSE monitoring for defined production areas Advising employees and operational contact persons on standardized HSE requirements and safe working methods Detection and investigation of events, near incidents and insecure states to a defined extent and derivation of corrective measures Preparing and conducting HSE instruction, training and security communication, as well as planning and carrying out internal visits and audits including monitoring of the agreed implementation of measures Maintenance of HSE documentation, evidence, key figures and reports according to defined requirements Support for hazardous substances, waste, environmental and emergency precautionary issues and coordination of routine HSE topics with production, facility management and relevant internal and external contact persons Detection of deviations and risks as well as timely escalation when exceeding the defined scope of action

Complete technical training or relevant studies with additional qualification in occupational safety, environmental protection or a comparable subject area Solid practical knowledge of applicable occupational safety, health and environmental requirements Multiannual experience with risk assessments, event investigations, visits, audits or HSE documentation You shall provide the analytical ability to evaluate routine deviations and to establish appropriate measures within the assigned framework, with A high sense of quality and responsibility as well as an independent and structured way of working is of course for you You bring very good computer skills and can apply them for documentation, data collection and relevant production systems Good knowledge of German and English
