Coordinator Payroll / HR Management Payroll (m/f/d)

You carry out the technical billing run monthly, including all follow-up activities via SAP HCM independently. The collections of the personal master files for this are taken over by our external service provider. You address and advise users (external service providers) on technical and professional issues related to SAP (HCM) with a focus on payroll processes. The implementation and control of the transfer of data to external bodies (Financial offices, Health Insurance Companies, Authorities, Statistical Offices, Professional Cooperatives) is also part of your area of responsibility. You control processes for the implementation of the statutory, tariff and operational regulations in the SAP HCM pay settlement system as well as other relevant facts and special topics (bAV, service cars, additional services, attachment, service bike, etc.). With your expertise, you will advise professionals and executives on issues related to billing, time management, wage tax and social security. You are actively contributing to the further development of the systems and (cross-functional) processes for the billing of charges. You will also play an active role in special and project tasks as well as ongoing digitization projects. In addition, you will not only produce standard reports, ad-hoc evaluations and statistics, but also contribute to annual change and audits.

You have a completed commercial training, you will be happy to add a further training in the staff sector, e.g. (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You have well-founded professional experience in a comparable position, optimally with the focus on wage accounting incl. Benefit tax. You are very familiar with the social security system as well as accounting and time management systems and you are familiar with various collective agreement landscapes. You can control SAP HCM or DATEV as well as the MS Office package securely. You convince with a safe appearance as well as enforcing ability and are used to exchange yourself with different stakeholders at eye level. Your communication with employees, executives and external contact persons: it also remains valuable, sovereign and solution-oriented in demanding situations. You work independently, structured and draw a high degree of care and reliability. You have fluent German language skills in word and writing (CEFR level C1 or higher).
