As a Procurement Administration Coordinator (w/m/d) at sea chefs, a varied area of responsibility awaits you in the international procurement with direct reference to the cruise. You coordinate cross-sector topics, ensure high data quality and support the Procurement team in operational day-to-day business. This means that you contribute significantly to the smooth supply of our cruise ships. The main tasks include: Implementation of data controls and verification and plausibility of relevant purchasing, customs and system data Coordination of operational topics between procurement, suppliers and internal departments Care, management and quality assurance of procurement master data and ensuring high master data quality Participation in cross-departmental projects, e.g. participation in tenders and preparation of procedural instructions, process charts and documentation Takeover of general coordination and administrative tasks Support of the Procurement team in operational day-to-day business, in particular in ensuring the supply of food & beverage cruise ships and non-food items
Take this with you: Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable profile – ideally with experience in the fields of purchasing, administration or maritime environment A structured, careful and responsible way of working High affinity for data as well as ideally first experiences in master data management, master data management or ERP or ERP.
