Sales Manager - New Customers / DACH Region (m/f/d)

You enter, intensify and build business relations with customers: inside the D/A/CH region You identify new markets and actively recruit new customers:inside You identify and analyze customer requirements You secure the achievement of revenue, contribution and customer satisfaction goals You create and implement sales concepts for the sustainable increase of sales in cooperation with the Head of Sales You regularly report on sales activities and the market situation in the sales area You participate in the adaptation of existing business models and sales strategies and exchange information with the object calculation, and temporarily support the object calibrator:in You work closely with marketing and business development

You have a completed technical or business studies or a successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training You have multi-year relevant sales experience in the area of windows and components, which is advantageous You have strong communication and presentation strength as well as a high degree of organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking and proactive action, coupled with reliability, resilience and team skills You speak fluent German in word and writing; Other languages are advantageous You have very good MS Office skills You have a hand-on mentality, implementation and final strength and will as well as the skills for independent, reliable and accurate work in a fast-acting team and dynamic environment
