Implementation and configuration tasks in SAP HCM modules such as pay billing and time management are carried out by you You support and optimize the HCM system landscape by customizing and actively shape exciting projects in the HCM environment Together with the specialist department, you conduct request analyses to identify optimization potentials and adaptation needs in the system End-users' training and support and solutions for errors and problems in the system are also part of your task Technical requirements are used in working interfaces that make the system more efficient

Funded technical knowledge in at least one of the SAP HCM modules, such as personal administration, pay billing or time management, are prerequisites Process knowledge in human resources and experience in implementing HR processes in SAP complete your profile ABAP identifiers are desirable, but not absolutely necessary Diplomatic skill, safe occurrence at all hierarchical levels as well as high consulting skills Very good knowledge of German and fluent English in word and writing
