In order to support our team, we are looking for a full-time Head of Business Engineering (m/w/d) for our technical department. Operational Technology Leadership: They bear the technical responsibility for the field of operating technology, perform all operator tasks and represent the technical manager. Maintenance & documentation: They ensure the execution of all maintenance tasks and ensure the full use of the CAFM system as well as a legally secure documentation and control system tracking. Contract management: They are responsible for the implementation of internal and external requirements. Team development & quality assurance: They contribute to the development of personnel and ensure the smooth technical operation through quality control and quality assurance. Energy & Audit Management: They participate in energy management and reputation as well as in the preparation, participation and follow-up of audits.

They are engineer, bachelor, master, master or state-tested technicians in the field of building or electrical engineering and bring multi-year professional and leadership experience. They have a well-founded knowledge of the relevant technical regulations and are able to quickly analyse and solve complex technical challenges. They have good computer skills, especially in MS Office and CAFM systems, and bring a high level of commitment, team capacity and service orientation. They show willingness to continue training and pursue your tasks with commitment and responsibility. They have a class B driving licence and are therefore also flexible in their operational capability.
