Coordination and organisation of the Newsroom of the Bundesdruckerei Group and ensuring a smooth editorial process in the daily business Function as a central contact person about publications or new topics in the newsroom Planning, control and prioritization of topics based on strategic goals and development and definition of KPIs for success measurement Management and moderation of meetings and control of external service providers Strategic development and expansion of the Newsroom concept of the Bundesdruckerei Group Participation in the planning, organisation and coordination of projects to their management and implementation, including budget planning and monitoring Close cooperation with all departments of corporate communication and with departments, business areas and partners

Degree in Public Relations, Journalistics, Public Relations, Politics, Communications/Media Sciences, BWL, VWL or in a comparable field Relevant professional experience in communication work, with focus on technology and technology Digitization topics Extensive knowledge in the media and communication landscape as well as ideally relevant experience with the work in the newsroom Cross-disciplinary understanding of business processes and requirements as well as strategic competence, in particular in the implementation of projects Self-responsible, self-organized and reliable and systematic-methodic mode of operation and results or results Objective Operational decision-making, enforcement and implementation capacity as well as sovereign occurrence and relevant experience in cooperation with different hierarchical levels Own initiative, motivation, customer and service orientation, communication and social competence as well as cooperation skills and team spirit
