Continuous (further) development and participation in the investment strategy Design, optimization and documentation of the construction and execution organisation in construction project management and technical purchasing (including guidelines and processes) Development and further development of the implementation strategy(s) in close coordination with the area management Definition and preparation of control characteristics and performance reports Management of intra-area and cross-border projects Further development of the used IT systems, in particular SAP MM and construction project management Continuous market observation for identifying innovations and potential for improvement Training of “stakeholders” from technology and real estate management with regard to systems and processes Support for the Head of Division in Reporting

Completed university studies with commercial orientation or completed commercial training Multiannual experience in the engineering field or in purchasing desirable Own initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and “hands-on mentality” Good MS Office knowledge (especially MS-Excel) and SAP knowledge desirable Good English knowledge of word and writing High ready-to-use, flexibility and durability as well as independent working Customer-oriented behaviour, eloquence and diplomatic skills Teamability, conflictability and pronounced problem-solving behaviour and a readiness to travel (20%) complete your profile
