You advise Hiring Managers of all levels in all questions about personnel recovery and take over the end-to-end management. You plan and control the entire recruiting process independently from the need analysis, contract negotiation and successful onboarding. You will have a look at the entire Employee Life Cycle to ensure that all phases from attitudes to development to offboarding are designed effectively and with a focus on corporate culture and employee satisfaction. You work closely with colleagues from Employer Branding and Learning and Development in various HR projects.

You have a successfully completed economic studies with a focus on staff or a comparable training. You have several years of professional experience and are familiar with modern methods in recruiting. You bring experience in the design and design of HR measures.
