Team Leader Chemical Laboratory - HPLC / Analytics / GMP (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team from four lab technicians: inside and develop them. You plan and coordinate the timely work-up and analysis of samples using HPLC and thus ensure a smooth laboratory operation. You are responsible for the GMP-compliant documentation, test analysis results and independently process OOS and CAPA processes. You design and develop validations as well as verifications for analytical methods in the HPLC environment and optimically existing processes. As a central interface, you work closely with the laboratory management, report on key figures and support strategic projects.

You already have experience in team leadership. You have a successfully completed training as a chemical laboratory technician (m/w/d), CTA or comparable training, ideally you have seven years of professional experience You already have knowledge of HPLC You work independently, carefully and result-oriented You own planning and organization skills You have good MS Office knowledge, especially in Word and Excel You are team-ready, show your own initiative, reliability and sense of responsibility You speak very good German and good English
