As Recruiting Manager, you'll win new medical professionals. To do this, you research and contact suitable candidates and convince them of the cooperation with doxx

As an interface between the candidates and the sales, you enter the entire candidate management, from the switching of job advertisements about the visibility, evaluation and profile creation of the candidates

You develop suitable search strategies and research matching recruiting channels

You take a uniform documentation in our CRM system

You build a lively network and are a competent partner for our candidates

You have a completed degree or a completed commercial training You already have experience in recruiting, applicant management or another service sector You are communicative and have fun dealing with people You work in a solution-oriented, independent manner and like to take the initiative Ideally, you have first experience in collecting data in CRM systems You have a quality-conscious way of working You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
