Project Manager for New Elevator Construction and Modernization (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for your new building and modernization projects from planning to successful handover to our customers. You coordinate all project participants and ensure that appointments, quality and processes are successfully combined. You are the central contact person for your construction projects and, together with all participants, you will find pragmatic solutions for the challenges of the project everyday. You keep budgets, cost developments and donations in mind and actively tax your projects with your strong economic understanding. You switch between construction site and office, get an overview on site and at the same time ensure professional project management. You work closely with our network of contractors and other specialist areas. You will not only keep in mind your own projects, but also the success of the entire team. Through regular exchange, you support each other, share your know-how and develop the best solutions together.

You have a technical training, a training course to master (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d), a technical study or a comparable qualification. You have the pleasure of organizing projects, taking responsibility and coordinating various topics successfully at the same time. New challenges motivate you and you will find practical solutions if not everything goes according to plan. You like to work with different people and quickly build trusting relationships. You think economically and have a good sense of cost, budgets and priorities. You have technical understanding and are interested in the relationships behind our products and processes. Networking is fun and you use the exchange with colleagues to develop the best solutions for your as well as the projects of the entire team. Fee: 35h week after IG Metall incl. Christmas and holiday money as well as other special payments, regular salary increases and 30 holiday days.
