Offer creation Economic development of construction projects Compliance with qualitative and terminological frameworks Instruction, coordination, monitoring, quality assurance of subcontractors and assessment of subcontractors Planning and control of demand-oriented and efficient personnel use Monitoring occupational safety and environmental legislation Own-sponsored control of construction projects in terms of time, economic and quality Accounting of construction services Self-employed and targeted negotiations with all project participants Competent contact for clients, authorities and employees

Technical/university degree or Technical/master degree with focus on industrial construction (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or technical training with comparable knowledge Professional experience as a construction manager industrial construction desirable Self-employed working on the construction site result Responsible and team-oriented attitude User knowledge of construction-specific computer applications Technical, commercial and construction-contractual knowledge, in particular as regards regulations, standards and guidelines in industrial construction Knowledge of building contract law
