As Founders Associate Intern:in you work closely with our founding team and get a 360° view into the construction of a fast-growing, handcrafted start-up of the Energiewende. You support the day-to-day business and take over your own small projects with real impact. Support for operational topics, research and preparation of decisions Own-sponsored takeover of small, clearly defined projects with measurable results Working in cross-departmental coordination between operations, sales, finance and tech structuring of information, prioritization of topics and improvement of processes and documentation Processing content for internal and external stakeholders in clear, understandable form

Studentin BWL, Economic Engineering, Business Informatics, Management or the like or Studentin another subject with a strong interest in management and process optimization Embossed initiative and readiness to learn, with the pleasure of really understanding and shaping a startup High loadability and professional operation even with high workload Structured, solution-oriented operation with a view to detail First strategic thinking and prioritization capabilities, supported by feedback and mentoring Excellent German and English skills are a must
