FM Task: Organize maintenance and testing Self-control (inspection) for electrical and mechanical systems Maintenance for electrical and mechanical systems Managing task: Provision of technical information on electrical and mechanical systems Communication for the project, support for electrical and mechanical topics in other projects Planning of repairs or development of electrical and mechanical systems Creation of the management plan for electrical and mechanical installations for the following year Maintenance, maintenance and safety: Implementation and coordination of maintenance and repair measures of electrical and mechanical installations Technically sound assurance of compliance with safety regulations and the proper implementation of regular inspections of technical installations and facilities Disorder management and emergency repairs: Rapid and effective response to disturbances, identification and analysis of sources of error, as well as appropriate repair measures to ensure trouble-free operation Proactive action in emergency situations for minimizing risks and ensuring safety at the site Documentation and cost management: Creation of detailed documentation on work and maintenance Monitoring and control of maintenance costs, testing and processing of offers and invoices and ensuring correct cost center allocation Coordination of service providers and project staff Control of external service providers and third-party companies in accordance with the applicable quality standards and implementation of instruction and monitoring of the proper order execution Support in planning, coordination and implementation of projects

Professional requirements: Comprehensive technical understanding of electrical and mechanical systems At least 3 years' experience in facility management with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems and experience in building projects for buildings with more than 200 employees Experience in project management, in particular in appointment and budget planning, as well as in coordination between contractors and subcontractors Experience in the area of building automation Experience in handling service providers and external companies Completed vocational training or completed study required Safe handling of MS Office and other work system Flowing German knowledge at native language level, good English knowledge (Korean knowledge is advantageous) Impressed ability to track and control tasks and processes continuously Personal requirements: Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in the team readiness to work flexible working hours and occasionally also outside regular working hours Good communication skills Ability to manage stressful situations quietly and professionally Reliability, proactive functioning and practical mentality High sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
