You support the managing director directly in all questions of business development, planning and new projects. You identify and evaluate new business ideas, products and markets and develop business cases. You conduct market and technology research, analyze trends and guide strategic action recommendations. You prepare data, analyses and decision-making bases for banking pools, stakeholders and shareholders. You create convincing presentations, reports and templates. You coordinate internal and external projects and ensure their successful implementation. You go the extra mile: If it becomes challenging, you are the extended arm of the managing director and brings topics reliably to the target.

You have completed your studies in the field of economic engineering, business management or finance at a top-university KIT et al. and/or doctorate in planning Ready for the next step, first professional experience in business development, consulting, reporting or in an entrepreneurial environment. Entrepreneurial Mindset: High initiative, willingness to learn, resilience and responsibility. Very good analytical skills, safe handling of AI, Excel & PowerPoint; M&A experience of advantage but not necessary. Cross-entry and cross-entry are welcome. Communication strength and the ability to present complex topics precisely and convincingly.
