A task that challenges.

In the field of NEXT Solutions in the Digital Innovation Management team, you develop user-centric, digital applications for our employees and customers. NEXT Solutions is a young, motivated team with a lot of design freedom - both in product development and in our Ways of Working. As a UX designer:in you take a central role between the requirements of the business and the solutions of our product teams. You sleep the bridge between Product Owner: inside and outside UX/UI designers: inside. You develop concepts and user flows based on Wireframes - practical, comprehensible and with real user needs. You co-ordinate and tax external designers:inside - technical and methodological. You actively contribute to the agile product development and make sure that design and function go hand in hand. You use common design tools (e.g. Miro, Figma) to visualize and develop ideas together. You rely on User-Centred Design. Usability tests, Card Sorting, Interviews & Co. are not foreign words for you. You plan and accompany user feedback sessions and use our existing Friendly User Pool. You work closely with our design system and help to develop it consistently.

A background that convinces. You can move safely in the agile environment and develop iterative solutions together with interdisciplinary teams. You bring a good sense of user needs, processes and pragmatic implementations. You are convinced by the strength of communication, your own initiative and have fun in bringing together different perspectives. You are fluent in German and Business English (mind. B2) to safely exchange with our global design and developer teams. You already have several years of experience in digital product development. You bring a completed study in the field of human-computer interaction, UX design, industrial design, or a comparable discipline.
